AG1 vs Bloom Nutrition is a greens-powder subscription decision, and the other tubs on each site are easy to mix in by mistake. AG1 sells AG1 Next Gen, a 13 g scoop with vitamins, probiotics, and a 90-day guarantee, on drinkag1.com. Bloom Nutrition sells Greens & Superfoods, a flavored scoop in 8 fl oz of liquid, on a 15% subscription, on bloomnu.com, with unopened returns inside 15 days. Choose AG1 when you want one daily drink positioned as a multivitamin plus greens, you will store it in the fridge after opening, and the higher monthly price is the product you meant. Choose Bloom when you want a fruit-flavored greens tub, a lower printed subscription price, and you will not open it until you are sure, because the return requires the seal. StoreAtlas files both as stores on the wellness hub and the supplements tag. This note is not a Best of ranking.
Seed vs Ritual is the other supplement-subscription compare. Read how to read a product page, returns before you buy, and whether the store ships to you. AG1 Pro, AG1 gummies, Bloom pre-workout, and Bloom creatine are different SKUs. They are not the greens decision.
There is no shopping-job page for this pair yet — other shopping tasks already filed live on the jobs index. Both brands also live as files in the store directory.
What each pouch actually is
AG1 Next Gen is a powder. The pouch PDP lists a serving as one level scoop, about 1.5 tablespoons, 13 g, and 30 servings in the container. Flavors on that page are Original (pineapple and vanilla), Berry (blueberry and strawberry), and Citrus (lemon and orange). The flavoring line says the flavors are from plant sources and do not add artificial sweeteners, erythritol, or MSG. The same panel lists 40 calories, 6 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, under 1 g sugar, 2 g protein, 7.5 g superfoods and prebiotics, 1.5 g phytonutrients, and 10 billion CFU of probiotics. The brand describes it as a daily health drink that combines a multivitamin, prebiotics and probiotics, superfoods, and antioxidants. The comparison headers it checks are vitamins, minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, greens, antioxidants, and digestive enzymes. It says the powder is free of GMOs, artificial sweeteners, gluten, dairy or lactose, egg, and peanuts, and suitable for vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, and low-carb diets. The audience line is adults over 18 who are not pregnant or breastfeeding. NSF Certified for Sport is printed, with a line about being free of more than 280 banned substances. Directions are one level 13 g scoop, or one travel pack, in 8–10 oz of cold water, shaken until dissolved. The pouch must be refrigerated after opening because of the live cultures. A time of day is not on that US PDP.
The homepage table prices Next Gen at $79 a month. The pouch PDP says buy once for $99 plus $9 shipping, and the subscription includes free shipping, a 90-day money-back guarantee, and pause or cancel anytime. Two welcome-kit lines have rendered on that PDP, one at $72 and one at $43. Read the cart. Travel Packs are a separate 30-pack format at a higher monthly figure on the shop index. AG1 Pro adds creatine monohydrate, Ca-HMB, and zinc carnosine, at a 20 g serving and $99 a month on the homepage table. Essentials Gummies, Omega-3, and AGZ are other SKUs.
The pouch page points study lines at drinkag1.com/science. Read that page and the label. Do not treat a homepage percentage as the serving size.
Bloom Greens & Superfoods is also a powder, and the current PDP does not print a gram weight or a CFU count. Do not invent one. The page says 38 ingredients, and the bullets say it helps relieve bloat, supports digestion and regularity, and promotes energy, with the dagger and asterisk that sit on the FDA disclaimer at the bottom: the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. A “number one greens” line on that page points at an IRI retail-sales footnote, not at a clinical trial. Ingredient groups named on the page are green superfoods such as barley grass and spirulina, prebiotics and probiotics, digestive enzymes, fiber, fruits and vegetables, and antioxidants and adaptogens. Flavors in the picker are Berry, Orange Passionfruit, Mango, Citrus, and Strawberry Kiwi. Servings are 30-count and 60-count. Directions are 1 scoop in 8 fl oz or more of water, juice, or a smoothie, daily. No time of day. The current PDP text did not show gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free badges. Older cached variants are not the page to trust.
The 30-count price block shows a one-time purchase at $33.99 ($1.13 a serving) and subscribe-and-save at $28.89 ($0.96 a serving), delivered every 30 days, which is the 15% off the banner calls “for life.” A 60-count Citrus variant in the page data is a higher price, about $69.99 one-time and about $59.49 on the plan. The visible block on the fetch matched the 30-count pair. The homepage also prints $33.99 for Greens & Superfoods. No shaker is included in that subscription. Selling plans on the page are 30, 60, and 90 days, each at the same 15% rate, not a deeper discount for waiting longer.
Bloom’s other powders are not this tub. Pre-workout lists 220 mg of caffeine and a half scoop before exercise. Creatine is its own powder, and the page says it can be stirred into Greens. Gummies are a third SKU. Caffeine or creatine is no longer the greens compare.
What the subscription charges, and what you can send back
AG1’s US subscription language on the pouch PDP is pause or cancel anytime, free shipping on the subscription, and a 90-day money-back guarantee. The homepage says to try the first order for 90 days, including the words “taste it,” and to contact [email protected] if it is not for you. Those pages do not say whether the pouch must be unopened, whether you ship it back, or who pays return freight. A separate EU terms page has used a 30-day window and said return shipping is not reimbursed. Do not merge that into the US 90-day line. An indexed FAQ has also said 30 days. The live US PDP and homepage that loaded said 90. Use the guarantee printed at your checkout. One-time buyers pay the $9 ship line on that PDP. A free-shipping footnote on other US pages has limited the offer to new US customers. Country storefronts (/en-uk, /en-eu, and others) print their own prices. Confirm the ship-to country before you compare $79 with Bloom’s $28.89.
Bloom’s subscription page says 15% off every subscription order, free shipping on US orders, and the ability to change frequency, swap flavor or size, pause, skip, or cancel in the account. The FAQ says there is no cancellation fee in those steps, and it does not print a notice period. Orders are fulfilled within 5 business days, and domestic transit is generally about 5 business days. The FAQ says Bloom ships to the US and Canada, that it is not responsible for customs on those shipments, and that orders outside the US and Canada are standard DDP with the recipient paying duties. A “shipping worldwide” line and a country selector also appear. Free shipping on the subscription page is stated for US orders. Returns must be unopened and undamaged, within 15 days of receiving the order, for a full refund. Postage is not provided. Accessories are final sale. International orders are not accepted as returns. Email customer service to start one. An opened tub is outside that rule. There is no printed restocking dollar amount beyond you paying the postage.
Bloom’s 15 days require an unopened tub, and international orders are not returnable. AG1’s US pages say 90 days and invite you to taste it, without saying the pouch comes back or who pays freight. Screenshot whether the cart says Next Gen, Pro, gummies, Greens, pre-workout, or creatine. Returns before you buy is the pause between those names.
Questions
- AG1 Next Gen vs Bloom Greens & Superfoods
- Next Gen is a 13 g scoop, 30 servings, 10 billion CFU, mixed in 8–10 oz of cold water, refrigerated after opening, with a US subscription line at $79 a month and a one-time price of $99 plus $9 shipping on the pouch PDP. Bloom’s greens PDP does not print grams or CFU. It says 38 ingredients, 1 scoop in 8 fl oz or more, flavors such as berry and mango, and a 30-count subscription at $28.89 every 30 days against $33.99 once. They are both daily powders. They are not the same serving, the same probiotic disclosure, or the same return.
- Is AG1 Pro the same as Bloom creatine?
- No. AG1 Pro is the 20 g AG1 powder with added creatine monohydrate, Ca-HMB, and zinc carnosine, priced on the homepage table at $99 a month. Bloom creatine is its own product and can be stirred into Bloom greens. Bloom pre-workout is a separate caffeine powder. AG1 gummies are not a scoop. The greens compare is Next Gen pouch or travel packs against Greens & Superfoods 30-count or 60-count.
- Can you cancel, and can you return an opened tub?
- Both brands say you can pause or cancel a subscription. AG1’s US PDP pairs that with a 90-day money-back line and does not say the pouch must be unopened. Bloom’s FAQ requires the return to be unopened, within 15 days of delivery, with you paying postage, and it refuses international returns. Canada is inside Bloom’s ship-to FAQ and outside that return. Ship-to checks belong in the same pass as the scoop size.
