Casetify vs CASELY is a case-system decision. Casetify sells Impact, Glaze, and Compact cases plus a custom studio for text, stickers, and photos on casetify.com, with a 10-day return and a club that changes the warranty length. CASELY sells Bold, Bold Flex, and Classic cases in TPU, with a printed drop-height table, on getcasely.com, plus a monthly case club and a 30-day return. Choose Casetify when you want a custom layout on a phone, tablet, or watch and you can decide within 10 days. Choose CASELY when you want a stock or personalizable pattern, a 30-day window, and you understand a club case is a different return rule from a one-off order. StoreAtlas files both as stores on the electronics hub and the phone-gear tag. This note is not a Best of ranking.
There is no phone-case compare already on the site. Read how to read a product page, returns before you buy, shipping and returns on Shopify stores, and landed cost. Duties and a custom-print refund are the lines that surprise people.
There is no shopping-job page for this pair yet — other shopping tasks already filed live on the jobs index. Both brands also live as files in the store directory.
Casely vs Casetify · Who each storefront fits
Casetify fits the shopper building a case around a picture or a grip. The nav that rendered lists Impact Case, Impact Ring Stand, Compact, Glaze, Bounce for laptop and watch, Minimal, and Clear. MagSafe is its own line, with a Snappy grip, wallet, and ring holder. Device coverage in that nav runs current iPhones including an 18 Pro Max and an iPhone Duo, Samsung Galaxy including S26 and Z Flip and Fold, Google Pixel through Pixel 11, iPad, MacBook, AirPods, and Galaxy Buds. Custom Studio is a path, not a slogan: pick text, sticker, photo, or a co-lab print, then a case such as Glaze, Impact, or Compact, or an accessory. Casetify’s Compare Cases page prints the protection numbers. The Impact Case (MagSafe compatible, glossy) drop-protection line is on Casetify’s Compare Cases page. The Ultra Impact Case drop-protection line is on that same Compare Cases page. Its product FAQ says those ratings are product-specific and should not be generalized across the range. It also says materials vary by case family, such as TPU and polycarbonate, so the product page is where the material line lives.
Casetify’s Satisfaction Guarantee page offers 10-day no-questions-asked returns and exchanges on eligible products. The guarantee applies within 10 days of purchase. Read the returns FAQ before sending anything back. You pay the return shipping, and only one exchange is allowed. Retail stores outside China, France, Japan, and Korea are same-day refund only. Warranty length depends on your CASETiFY Club tier at the time of purchase. For phone cases the page prints Gold at 24 months, Silver, Bronze, and Basic at 18 months, and guests (non-members) at 6 months. The warranty is a one-time replacement. It covers defects, print peeling, coating failure, and yellowing on clear cases, and it does not cover drops or other accidental damage. A product is covered only if its own page says the warranty policy applies. Orders placed before 7 September 2026 at 4pm UTC keep the older terms. Club here is a membership tier, not a monthly case shipment.
Custom returns are harsher. Casetify’s terms say custom-made products cannot be returned for a full refund. An unused custom return is refunded at 50% of the price you paid, and you prepay the return shipping, which is not refunded. The returns FAQ repeats it as a 50% processing fee unless Casetify made the error. It also lists a long run of final-sale lines, including Sale, Outlet, Blind Box, and collectible cases. The shipping FAQ says free standard shipping starts at $40 after discount and that the shipping fee is not refunded. It says import duties are not covered and that standard orders are processed within 6 business days. Standard delivery takes about 6–12 business days in the US and 5–23 elsewhere. Checkout is the number. Landed cost is why the duty line matters on a case shipping across a border.
CASELY fits the shopper comparing three molded cases and, if they want it, a subscription. The homepage table is the decision block. Bold is marked most popular: high protection, non-flexible TPU, matte, a 3 mm raised front lip, a military-grade drop-protection cell on the homepage table, MagSafe available, and a 1-year warranty. Bold Flex is semi-flexible two-piece TPU, the same 3 mm lip, and its own military-grade drop-protection cell on that table. Classic is flexible TPU, glossy, a 1 mm lip, moderate protection, and has no military-grade cell. All three rows say MagSafe is an option and the 1-year warranty is yes. CASELY’s Bold specs article is the help page for the Bold drop-protection line. The table says TPU and the help article says hard shell, so read the material line on the product page. The drop-protection cells on CASELY’s homepage table are the brand’s own figures, not a lab report in this note. The same goes for the drop-protection lines on Casetify’s Compare Cases page.
CASELY’s menu lists iPhone, including an 18 and an iPhone Duo, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel 6 through Pixel 11, iPad, Kindle, laptop shells, and AirPods. The nav also lists Clear, Grippy, MagSafe / Align, Ultra Protective, and personalizable patterns. CASELY’s customizable case article describes a Love Island USA case with up to 20 characters of text on Classic or Bold Flex, not a photo upload. It says all custom phone cases are final sale. If you need photo upload rather than text on a set design, Casetify’s Custom Studio is the flow that names text, sticker, and photo.
Returns, the club, and shipping minimums
CASELY’s returns page accepts items within 30 days of the order date, unused, in the original packaging. Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned. US store-credit labels are free. A cash-refund label costs $5. Original shipping is not refunded. Outside the US there is no prepaid label, and an order can be exchanged only once. The help center’s return policy article says returns and exchanges are not available for Monthly Club purchases. That is the exception that matters if you join. “Exchange Only” items can go back for store credit, not cash.
The club page sells a new case every month or every season, skip or cancel anytime, with free shipping on US subscription orders and members-only styles. The club billing FAQ says the plan charges 40% off the full price of the item, plus tax. Its example is a $35 case billed at $21, on the 14th of each month or every 3 months. The join-and-cancel article says there are no membership or cancellation fees. The banner on the main shop says free shipping on US orders of $50 or more and on orders outside the US of $100 or more. The shipping policy says retail orders ship within 1–3 business days and that USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–8 business days in the US.
Casetify’s window, within 10 days of purchase, is shorter than CASELY’s 30 days from the order date. Casetify’s custom clause cuts the refund to half. CASELY’s custom cases are final sale, and its Monthly Club cases cannot be returned or exchanged. A one-off Bold case and a club case are different policies wearing the same logo. Warranty is the other split. CASELY’s warranty page prints one year from the original purchase date against manufacturing defects, and a repaired or replaced case does not restart the clock. Casetify prints 24 months at Gold, 18 months for Silver, Bronze, and Basic members, and 6 months for guests, only when the product page says the warranty applies. Neither warranty covers drops.
Phone coverage is closer than it looks. Both menus list recent iPhones, Galaxy phones, and Google Pixel models, and both sell MagSafe-compatible options. Casetify also puts the case on a watch, a laptop, and earbuds in the same nav. CASELY’s table is about how the plastic flexes and how high the lip is. Casetify’s compare page is about drop height and a military-standard multiple. If the job is a photo case, Casetify is the storefront whose flow names photo upload. If the job is a stock case whose drop protection is printed on CASELY’s homepage table, with a 30-day unused return, CASELY is the storefront that prints both.
Duties sit on Casetify’s shipping FAQ and terms as the buyer’s cost. CASELY’s international free-shipping line is $100. Either way, a case is a small object with a duty that can exceed the case. Shipping and returns is the checklist for a threshold that can change between help articles.

Questions
- Casetify Impact vs CASELY Bold
- Casetify’s Compare Cases page is where Impact and Ultra Impact list their drop-protection lines. CASELY’s homepage table marks Bold as high protection, non-flexible TPU, a 3 mm lip, and a military-grade drop-protection cell, with MagSafe as an option and a 1-year warranty. These protection details are the brands’ own claims. Compare the product page’s material line, the lip height, and whether your exact phone model is in that brand’s device list.
- Can you return a custom case?
- Casetify’s terms say a custom-made product cannot come back for a full refund. An unused custom return is refunded at 50%, and you prepay the shipping. CASELY’s help article says all custom phone cases are final sale, so they cannot be returned or exchanged at all. For stock cases, Casetify takes returns within 10 days of purchase and CASELY gives 30 days from the order date, with a $5 label for a US cash refund. CASELY’s Monthly Club cases cannot be returned or exchanged. Read the flag on the variant before you upload a photo, type a name, or join the club.
- Which warranty is longer?
- Casetify’s, if you are a club member. Its guarantee page prints 24 months at Gold, 18 months for Silver, Bronze, and Basic, and 6 months for guests, only when the product page says the warranty applies. CASELY prints one year from the original purchase date on its warranty page and in the homepage table. Neither covers drops or accidental damage, and a longer warranty does not fix a 10-day return or a 50% custom refund. Returns before you buy is the page to read beside the drop-height cell.
- Who is CASELY vs Casetify not for?
- Do not open both for the same case. Casetify fits a photo, sticker, or grip case, including Impact on its Compare Cases page, and its satisfaction page states a 10-day return on eligible products. It is a poor fit if you need a custom case back in full: the terms refund an unused custom return at 50%, and you prepay shipping. CASELY fits a molded case such as Bold on its case table, with a 30-day unused return in the original packaging. It is a poor fit if you need a laptop, watch, or earbud case, or a custom phone case you might return: custom phone cases are final sale. Confirm both pages on casetify.com and getcasely.com the day you buy.
