Heybike is a US-facing official store for folding and fat-tire electric bikes.
Its shipping policy says in-stock orders leave US warehouses in California and New Jersey, with free shipping on items of $99 and above to the lower 48 states, and no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes, or APO addresses.
Canada e-bike shipping is listed at $200 per bike.
A products feed on 2026-10-30 returned 131 products, 33 of them typed Electric Bike, including Ranger 3.0 Pro, Mars 3.0, and Titan plus VIP, combo, and refurbished listings.
The homepage shows chips for a 14-day trial, a 2-year warranty, and UL 2849; the written refund and warranty pages are more specific than those chips.

- Heybike's refund page (official site only) gives a full refund on an unused bike within 14 days if the buyer pays return shipping ($200 per bike; Brawn $280; Hero $400). Days 15–30 unused add a 20% restocking fee plus that shipping; a used bike within 30 days adds a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping. Start at [email protected]. Amazon, dealers, and Best Buy are outside this policy. The warranty page states a 2-year limited warranty from the receipt date for official-site bikes, excluding wear items; re-check both pages before ordering.
How to spot fake Heybike sites
The official Heybike site StoreAtlas verified is heybike.com (last checked 2026-10-30).
- Type heybike.com yourself or use the Visit button on this page instead of links from ads, texts, or DMs.
- Check that the address bar shows heybike.com exactly, with no extra words, hyphens, or a different ending.
- Prices far below the official site, or payment only by bank transfer, gift card, or crypto, are red flags.
