A lookup and a suite can share carriers and still be different rooms. Mixing them is how a shopper lands in a sales page, or a merchant pastes a number into a tool that will not brand the page.

17TRACK: the public paste

17TRACK is the public multi-carrier form. You paste a number when the brand page is missing, the parcel changed hands, or support needs a second window. StoreAtlas embeds that official widget on order tracking. We do not store the number.

It fits a shopper, a warehouse desk, or an editor checking a carrier hop. It does not fit a merchant who needs the tracking URL to look like the storefront, or a team that wants webhooks as the product.

AfterShip: the branded post-purchase room

AfterShip merchandizes branded tracking pages, shipment notifications, and returns as a suite. The job is the shopper staying on a page that still looks like the brand after they click “where is my order.”

It fits a merchant who already has a storefront and wants that room after checkout. It does not fit a one-off paste with no account, and it is not a substitute for reading the carrier’s own page when the suite is not installed.

TrackingMore, briefly

TrackingMore is the optional third file: an API-first multi-carrier tracker. Use it when the product you need is the feed, not a public form and not a branded shopper page.
