Kickee Pants vs Little Sleepies is a bamboo-pajama decision with two size charts and two return fees. Kickee Pants sells footies, layette gowns, and adult pajamas in a 95% viscose-from-bamboo, 5% spandex blend on kickeepants.com, with a 45-day return. Little Sleepies sells Zippys and two-piece sets in the same 95/5 blend under the Lunaluxe name on littlesleepies.com, with a size chart that runs from micro preemie through adult and a 30-day return. Choose Kickee when you want a two-way zipper footie, a layette gown, and a longer window, and you can read a size chart that is mostly an image. Choose Little Sleepies when you want a Zippy sized to stretch for years, an HTML chart with heights and weights, and you will catch the print drop. StoreAtlas files both as stores on the kids hub and the kidswear tag. This note is not a Best of ranking.
Kyte Baby vs Little Sleepies is the other bamboo-sleepwear compare. This note stays on these two. Read kids storefront notes, size charts before you buy, and returns before you buy. A print that sells out does not change the return rule.
There is no shopping-job page for this pair yet — other shopping tasks already filed live on the jobs index. Both brands also live as files in the store directory.
Who each storefront fits
Kickee Pants fits the shopper buying a snug sleeper and, often, a matching adult set. The FAQ says the signature cloth is 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex. Other blends are printed too: Luxe at 70% viscose from bamboo, 20% cotton, 5% spandex; Pure Woven at 100% rayon from bamboo; sateen at 100% viscose from bamboo; Fluffle at 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex with a poly fill. The FAQ says the brand mills from bamboo pulp rather than buying cloth on the open market, cites OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and says garments are not treated with flame-retardant chemicals. Sleepwear is described as meeting federal snug-fitting rules, and that snug-fit rule does not apply under 9 months. Styles in the nav and on PDPs include a footie with a two-way zipper, a layette gown, a knotted layette gown, a convertible coverall, two-piece pajamas, and women’s and men’s pajamas and nightgowns.
A Natural Forest Moose footie PDP lists $41, the 95/5 blend, a two-way YKK zipper, and flip paws for hand coverage up to 6–9 months. Sizes on that page run PRE, NB, 0–3 M, 3–6 M, 6–9 M, 9–12 M, 12–18 M, and 18–24 M. The collection copy says prints like that one come in limited runs. A knotted layette gown and hat in Baby Rose lists $49.50 in the same blend, in Micro Preemie (length 24) and One Size (length 25). A women’s hospital gown in Iceberg lists $58.50 in the same 95/5. The size-chart page exists, and the charts are images, so the inch table did not come through as text. HTML labels that do render run babies, kids, youth, women, and men, plus micro preemie and preemie. Sleep filters include MP, PRE, NB, month bands through 18–24 M, then 2T–4T and numeric 5–14. A blog note on the site says PRE means preemie and NB means newborn. There is no separate print-restock product. The FAQ points at the email list for a first-order offer, and the brand runs a loyalty program.
Little Sleepies fits a print and a stretch sleeper. Sleep cloth is Lunaluxe bamboo and daywear is Soluxe, both bamboo blends. Lunaluxe is described as stretching to fit up to three times longer. The Rust Rainbows Zippy and the Pastel Rainbows two-piece both print 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex. An older chart says two to three times longer. The current guide says three times and tells you to buy true to age. The homepage says to text SLEEPIES to 87098 for drops. Sold-out sizes have a waitlist. Rewards terms updated 30 July 2026 add early access and a vault of print comebacks. That is rewards, not a monthly charge.
What the size chart actually says
Little Sleepies publishes the Zippy chart as HTML. Zippys run Micro Preemie through 3T. Micro Preemie is up to 15 inches and up to 3 lb. Preemie is 15–18 inches and 3–5 lb. Newborn is 18–21 inches and 5–8 lb. The bands continue through 0–3, 3–6, 6–9, 6–12, 12–18, and 18–24 months, then 2T (33–36 inches, 29–31 lb) and 3T (36–39 inches, 31–35 lb). The guide says to stick to age and size for the Zippy. Two-piece pajamas start at 12–18 months and run through size 16. The 12–18 month two-piece row is 29–31 inches and 22–26 lb. Size 16 is 61–63 inches and 110–120 lb. The guide says a rounder build should go up one size because the pajamas are cut slim for safety, especially at 12–18 and 18–24 months. Women’s pajamas are XS–3XL, described as flowy and true to clothing size, with XS mapped to 0–2 and 3XL to 24–26. Men’s run XXS–3XL. An infant gown chart gives Micro Preemie/Preemie a length of 16.5 inches, while a Holiday Red infant gown PDP says it fits about 5–15 lb and is best for newborn to 3 months. Those two gown lines are not the same range. Read the PDP you are buying.
Kickee’s image chart means you have to open the picture. The footie PDP’s size list stops at 18–24 months for that print, while the wider catalog goes to youth numbers and adult robes. A robe-and-gown set page has printed the robe in XS–3XL and the layette gown as newborn. If you are matching a parent set to a footie, confirm both size systems on those PDPs. Snug fit is a safety description on the Kickee FAQ, not a promise that the sleeper will still fit in a year. Little Sleepies’ “up to 3x longer” line is the opposite bet: buy the current age and let the cloth stretch. A child between Kickee’s PRE and Little Sleepies’ micro preemie needs the weight line, not the print name.
Returns, shipping, and final sale
Kickee’s returns page accepts eligible items within 45 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, unworn, tags on. Sheets, duvets, and pillowcases have 90 days even if they have been washed and slept in. Final sale, even when the tag does not say so, includes underwear, socks, swim, gift cards, pet accessories, masks, bibs and burp cloths, personalized items, sample sale, mystery boxes, anything discounted more than 25%, and all international orders. Returns and cancellations carry a $7.50 processing fee, waived if you take store credit. Original shipping is not refunded. A checkout add-on is how the page offers free return shipping. The FAQ says returns are processed in 7–10 business days of receipt and mentions store credit in that sentence. Personalized items cannot be exchanged. Shipping is a $5 flat rate in the contiguous US by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders pay carrier rates, and duties show at checkout. Most orders ship in 1–2 days, with an allowance of up to two weeks, or twelve weeks in major promotions. The FAQ says the warehouse is in Poulsbo, Washington.
Little Sleepies’ returns page gives a full refund or store credit within 30 days. Pet accessories, international orders, sale items, and discounts of 25% or more are final. Items should be unused and in the original packaging. Free return labels are for store-credit returns. A prepaid label for a refund is $5.95. Exchanges are issued as store credit. The FAQ adds underwear and Black Friday week purchases to the final-sale list and says the window is 30 days from the purchase date. The site banner and the FAQ both say free standard shipping on US orders over $25. Orders typically ship in two to four business days.
Forty-five days at Kickee is longer than 30 at Little Sleepies. Both charge a fee unless you take credit ($7.50 versus $5.95), and both treat international orders and steep discounts as final. Kickee’s 90-day washed-bedding exception does not cover the footie. Measure against the Little Sleepies chart, and open Kickee’s size-chart image, before the tag comes off.
Questions
- Kickee footie vs Little Sleepies Zippy
- The Kickee footie checked is 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex, with a two-way YKK zipper and flip paws through 6–9 months, in preemie through 18–24 months on that print. The Little Sleepies Zippy uses the same 95/5 blend and is charted from micro preemie (up to 15 inches and 3 lb) through 3T, with the brand telling you to buy true to age because the sleeper is meant to fit much longer. Kickee also sells a knotted layette gown. Little Sleepies two-pieces start at 12–18 months and run through youth size 16, plus adult pajamas.
- Do the prints come back?
- Kickee says prints come in limited runs and points you at the email list. Little Sleepies labels drops in the nav, offers a text line and a sold-out waitlist, and puts early access and a print-comeback vault inside rewards. Neither promise is a restock date on the PDP. If the size is gone, the return policy will not create one.
- Which return costs less?
- Kickee is 45 days from purchase, unworn, with a $7.50 fee waived for store credit, and international orders are final. Little Sleepies is 30 days, unused, with a $5.95 refund label or a free label for store credit, and international orders are final there too. US shipping is $5 flat at Kickee regardless of order size in the contiguous states, and free over $25 at Little Sleepies. Kyte Baby vs Little Sleepies is the next bamboo-pajama compare if the Zippy chart is the part you want to hold up against a third brand.
